Sander Sitek has been working with me at Purgegamers Productions, Inc. since the summer of 2016 as a part time contractor(15-20 hours a week). As my business focuses on the live production of video content that requires me to be the primary talent, Sander has been invaluable at handling the more technical aspects of the job, almost always with little or no supervision.
Sander was my only video editor for years of guides and videos. I could always rely on him to complete projects on time and to work with very little direction when I was busy. I trust his work.
His typical duties include curation of videos from the livestream, uploading and organizing YouTube videos, creating engaging thumbnails images that increase interaction, and monitoring comments for feedback and ideas.
Sander also regularly fulfilled the most difficult aspect of video guide creation by taking a naked script and audio recording filled with 10 minutes of compact, detailed, and visually difficult content, and always managed to turn it into visually clear content. He was consistently able to come up with good editing solutions, and was always willing to put in the effort to be creative when making something fun.
In addition to video guides, Sander also assisted with a variety of different roles as needed. He’s edited great video content for small and medium sized sponsorship and advertising campaigns while keeping things professional.
If I became busy with work duties, Sander would step up and work on or create something that I didn’t even know I needed yet. The quality of these ventures was consistently high, which I found impressive considering him being self-taught.
I regret that he’s returning to school because he’s been very valuable to my company, but I’m happy to know he’ll be an asset to whatever company he lands at.
